Absolutely! We understand that plans can change. Tickets are 100% refundable up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour. While we always hope for clear skies, we understand that Mother Nature has her own plans. We generally try to avoid tours during extreme weather conditions. However, as our tours are walking-based, we do hope our guests come prepared for unexpected weather changes, such as sudden downpours. We say this not to place any responsibility on our guests but to ensure everyone has a comfortable experience. We believe in offering a personalized experience. Hence, while there’s no set minimum group size, we do cap our tours at a maximum of 15 participants. This ensures that our guides can provide individual attention to each guest.

We recommend that groups assemble at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. However, Chicago is brimming with energy and excitement (including loads of free things to do), so if you wish to arrive earlier and explore the starting point or its surroundings, you’re more than welcome!
